From the very beginning of issuing gold and silver commemorative coins, till 1997, CBPMC had won 10 national and international awards.

Lunar Dog Silver Commemorative Coin (1982). In the Coin of the Year voting held by World Coin News and Clause Publish, this coin was selected as the Best Standard Silver Coin of Year 1982. It is the first international award for Chinese gold and silver coins.

Panda Commemorative Coins (1983), gold and silver. In the Coin of the Year voting held by World Coin News and Clause Publish, this coin was selected as the Best Gold Coin and the Best Silver Coin of Year 1983. Newsweek complimented the gold coin as attractive and fascinating.

Marco Polo Silver Commemorative Coin (1983). In the Coin of the Year voting held by World Coin News and Clause Publish, this coin was selected as the Most Historic Coin of Year 1983.

Lunar Animal Years series was awarded as the China Artworks Baihua Gold Cup of the year by Chinese National Quality Assessment Committee in 1985. From 1981 to 1985, five groups were issued, each group had one gold and one silver coins.

Panda Gold Coin (1986) was awarded as the China Artworks Baihua Gold Cup of the year by Chinese National Quality Assessment Committee.

Lunar Dragon Silver Commemorative Coin (1988). In the Coin of the Year voting held by World Coin News and Clause Publish, this coin was selected as the Best Silver Coin of Year 1988.

Chinese Ancient Science and Technology Invent Silver Coins (1992), 20 gram, was awarded as the Best Silver Coin of the year 1992.


Peacock Silver Coin (1993) was awarded as the Best Silver Coin of the year 1993.


Three coins of second group of the Hong Kong’s regression 1996 series, 5 ounce gold, 1/2 ounce gold and 1 ounce silver, were awarded as the Most Popular Coin of Singapore International Coin Exhibition.


The Panda Gold Coin (2001) was elected as the Most Welcomed Coin of Asia Coin Exhibition in Singapore, in March 2001.


 

Millenium Commemorative Gold Coin. It is the biggest and heaviest gold coin in the world up to now. It was recorded in the Guinness in year 2000.
